• Invalid Tickets: If your ticket is purchased from a third-party seller and is found to be invalid (e.g., previously scanned, counterfeit, or not recognized by our system), entry to the event will be denied.
• No Refunds or Replacements: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for any tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers. To avoid these issues, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets directly through our official channel - Hub City Events.
• Buyer Responsibility: It is the ticket holder's responsibility to ensure that their tickets are valid. We are not liable for any problems arising from third-party ticket purchases.

• Public Parking: The map below highlights public parking lots in blue. Additional street parking is available along Main Street, Baltimore Street, Lafayette Street, and Shannon Street, as well as at the Jackson Walk.
